McCall's M6884 Mock wrap dress pattern review

McCall's M6884 Mock wrap dress pattern review Hi, fellow sewing bees, I do not follow any type of beginner’s sewing course.  I usually just spend my time surfing the net and find looks I would like to sewing. Like this mock wrap dress by Mimi G McCall’s 6884:   http://mimigstyle.com/diy-mock-wrap-dress-pattern-review-m6884-view-a/       And here is my completed dress:   Skills learnt during this project: - Working with Knit fabric - Pattern matching: When using a fabric with a printed design, you will need to match the design when you sew the seams. An example of pattern matching from CurtainQueenCreates.com  Pattern review: The pattern used for this dress : Also used McCall’s 6884 Mock wrap dress. About Me

Hi there, my name is Busisiwe a Thirty-something budding sewing bee from South Africa, Johannesburg. I’ve always had an interest in sewing especially the idea of sewing my own clothes. I had always thought it would be difficult to learn how to sew so I stayed away from learning. Then I discovered Mimi G and I was so inspired to learn how to sew and I have never looked back. I’ve only been sewing for a few months now and decided to write a blog to document my journey. Hopefully, this will help other budding sewing Bees, if I can do it anyone can and it is so fulfilling.
